Delivery and Returns

General Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. UK customers will typically receive their orders within 3-5 working days, European delivery can take up to 6-10 working days and for the rest of the world 7-14 working days. During sale, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas periods, this could take a little longer. If you have an order which you need sending urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Click and collect is FREE from our shop at 57 Atlantic Road, Brixton, London, SW9 8PU. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email confirming this. When you collect your order please bring your payment confirmation email and the payment card you used for the order. If you have any queries in relation to click and collect, a purchase or a delivery, please email us and we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.



Our UK shipping cost is £3.99 flat rate using Royal Mail, 1st Class, Tracked 24 and 48. Orders weighing over 20kg may be sent by courier in two parcels. Shipping is free on all UK orders over £85.

International Delivery

Prices for International shipping are based on the location, cost of fuel, weight and size of the package using Parcelforce and Royal Mail International. If you would like an idea of how much the shipping for your order will cost, add your items to your basket and the shipping cost will be calculated. We ship from our shop in London, UK and so any international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. We have no power over these charges and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

Request a Swatch

Swatch orders are £1.50 per swatch (10x10cm), add the swatch to the basket and we will pay for the postage.


We want you to be delighted with your fabric choice as unfortunately fabric will not be refunded unless faulty or damaged and not for any other reason as once they are cut we cannot resell them. Please note images online are as accurate as possible to match the product, but computer monitors vary greatly. We cannot accept liability if fabrics are ordered without first requesting an actual swatch and no refunds will be given.

Fabric roll batch variations can occur. If some time has passed between receiving a sample and placing your order, we recommend you request a cutting from a current batch. Natural fabric will often have small slubs within the weave. This is not considered to be a fault but part of the charm of the fabric.
